Pomio District Hospital is a Level 5 facility located in Palmalmal, East New Britain Province. Asian Development Bank and the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade have again collaborated with the PNG Government to provide this essential facility.
Verticon is the sub-contractor to Pacific Development Contractors Ltd, building staff houses for the project. These include standard two bedroom duplexes, three bedroom staff houses and three bedroom executive houses for clinical staff.
Also for this project, Verticon is constructing the Family Support Centre and Administration Building.
